Refund & Return Policy for CalturCollection

At CalturCollection, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to make the process as easy as possible.

1. Refund & Return Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or return if your item meets the following criteria:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Please note, items that are customized, on sale, or final sale are not eligible for a refund or return unless the product is defective or damaged.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

If you wish to return a product or request a refund, please follow these steps:

    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • A brief explanation of the reason for return (if applicable)
  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return the item(s). Items sent back without an RA number will not be processed.

  3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us.

  4. Processing Your Refund: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to confirm they meet the conditions of our return policy. If everything is in order, we will process your refund. Please note that the refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Standard Refunds: Once your return is received and processed, refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at calturcollection@gmail.com or call 03184040343 within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for the item and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.

5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable or non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards, vouchers, or any promotional items.
  • Customized or personalized items.

7. Cancellations
